    Not the best when it comes to sharpness when printing images. But if you want a cheap, “quick print documents” printer, then this is value for money.

    Stopped to work after 2 months and showed the message that paper got stuck. And after paper removing - the same again and again. We discovered that if you help paper to move using the vertical back tray - it will print it. But this is really very frustrating.

    Horrible. First time we tried printing the paper jammed. Tried a couple different weights of paper and it always jams.

    If I could return it I would but I missed the window. It's only printed twice without issues. It constantly cannot print because it's "busy" but yet not doing anything. The scanner is ok but do not try to do a scan and then print it. That does not work either. It's also a bit bigger than anticipated.

    It's ok for the price. Bluetooth feature is nice. Little difficult to set up. Wish it stayed on so I didn't have to turn on Everytime I need to print.

    Paper jam about every 3rd copy. Very awkward and difficult procedure to clear the jam. Very unhappy, want to return it and purchase a better model, but BestBuy's return period cuts off at 2 weeks, which is rediculous. So, I just have to live with this very unsatisfactory printer.

    Had been told item was around $69, but on second call was raised to something like $129. Also told could use Bluetooth, but ended up having to use App.
