Canon printers have always performed well for us and this one is carrying that to another level. Easy setup and prints dry nicely.

it works perfectly! it was a little hard to set up at first, but i got the hang of it! never gets a paper jam or anything like that

Printer from the beginning would not printer from the bottom tray and errored out on every attempt to print. Followed all the instructions to correct it, looked at all the online posts about this very issue, nothing worked. All I want to do is just print a simple black and white document without getting an error every single time. Complete garbage. Do not recommend this printer.

Works with my iPhone 12 Pro Max , windows 10 & 11 as well as Samsung android phones. Prints great pictures. Great for the price!

[1] A user manual should have been provided. [2] When I called Customer Service for help, the technician wanted to charge me a fee. [3] My sister-in-law spent an hour trying to get the printer to turn on and print. [4] The printer is very slow.

We cannot get this printer to work properly! It won’t make copies and is hit and miss on printing! We want help in fixing it or a replacement!

So frustrating! Even how many times I arranged the paper always error prompt to put paper even many paper inside and always jammed up.

It was an easy-going experience to set up. The phone app worked fine. Its nice to have things work well right out of the box

I returned it!!! Spent over an hour trying to get the printer to sync with my laptop and finally gave up. Yes, I read the instructions and watched a video...it was a no go. They were very nice at Best Buy in handling the return

Did not interface with my 5G Computer system. Cannon gave me a work around fix using 2G that did not work well at all.

Could not keep it connected to my WiFi. Called canon service several times and they finally said it had a hardware issue. I returned to Beat Buy and purchased another brand upon recommendation of the tech. Zero problems with it. Possibly the only thing canon I would buy now is a camera.

Average printer Has little to offer and difficult to use.

I am so disappointed in Best Buy. The description says it is a fax, I bought it because I needed a fax and they will not take it back because it’s past the return date. The manager at the Utica, Michigan store was absolutely no help after I was told by a customer service rep that I could return it to the store. Thanks a lot Best Buy

Very disappointed with this purchase. Not user friendly. No manual for set up and usage instructions. Still trying to figure it out. Finally got it to print, but nothing else yet. Printer shuts off and must be manually turned on before it will print. Not happy about that at all, very inconvenient.

after less than 2 months the printer is not working, it does not pickup the paper, not able to print.

Really cannot review because it did work out on the box - kept getting error message with setup they something was inside but there was nothing. Returned to BB with no issue.

It worked briefly for what was needed. Always had a problem loading the paper tray. You can tell you're buying a cheap printer! Color is not the best, but scanner works!

the design could have been done better ink is cheap

Paper jams. Wifi doesn't connect. Went thru 2 color cartridges printing 25 sheets. Tried to return. Hopefully canon will help. Its completely useless. A peice of plastic garbage.
