This is the third print I bought in my life, and it's the cheapest and worst configured It turns off when you don't want it to and shuts down improperly, well, then you turn it on off..

Paper gets Jam all the time too much complications with it

I have always had great luck with Canon, and my printer was a dinosaur! (Tells you how long they last) my printer still worked, it was just too old to be recognized by my new computer. Went to BB, took home this gem and hooked it up to everything so easy!!

I finally found a printer that actually works. It's a bit awkward to use, but ultimately it works.

Like the printer. Four stars only because user manual is not easy to navigate.

Printer worked well for almost six months...the error code 6800 appeared. If restarting doesn't clear the code, the printer is toast. My printer is toast. It is still under warranty and Canon has some sort of instant exchange program (that I have yet to understand), so I should be made whole.

Uses a ton of ink. Otherwise, prints well. Has a very small (50 sheets) paper tray.

It works well as designed. The print feed could be better though

Excelent printer/scanner I am extremely satisfied and much happier than with my previous HP printer. I also liked the black color and the flat surface in the top of tje printer where usually I placed some printed sheets

Great service and great product. No issues. The staff at Best Buy was helpful and the product was in mint condition and easy to set-up.

I would have gave 5 stars but for big print your always adding paper because the drawer is so thin.

Nice printer. Only comment is that it's noisy and a little slow. But good for it's price.

Product was very flimsy. The paper jammed twice during installation and it was very difficult to remove. Also, would not connect to my wireless network despite repeated tries. Returned the product. I was very surprised, as I have always been very pleased with Canon printers.

Love it! Smooth and quiet operation. The WiFi has allowed to print not only from the computer but also, my other devices.

Best printer upgrade I've ever purchased. After years of dealing with my old one having ink issues i finally found the perfect replacement!

The printer is slow and complicated . the printing material are overprice.

Make instructions so that none techie people can clearly understand.

ink do not last too long, have to buy them too many times in a month.
