I bought this about a month ago. Set up was clumsy, I had to watch the videos over and over as I tried each step. But, I got it done without tech support. It works well. Some things are not well documented like where on the screen to put the document to be scanned; empirical problem solving required. For my home use, it is a good printer/scanner for the price.

This printer is Great - it works as expected so far.

I've had this printer for about a month now and it's working great. The wireless hookup was smooth. It looks like it's using ink quicker than my previous printer, but based on other reviews I had expected that.

Very compact and small. Prints really good quality. Recently replace my 8 year old printer that was oversized for no reason, this one is much better and smaller giving me more desk room.

Printer is easy to use. Best part no wire. Can't beat the price!

Overall I am very pleased with this printer. The print quality is equal to or better than previous printers I've owned. Quality of printing for photos is good but not great. However I was using 24 lb premium inkjet paper rather than photo paper. The only negative is the rear paper feed. I can't get it to work from the printer panel. I have to use the printer app on my computer. And is only good for one print job, as the rear feed has to be selecting each time. I print a lot of one page documents and using the reaar feed requires 7 extra steps so that's a nuisance. The biggest factor is that printers which cost two to three times more are inferior to this Canon.

Quality is good and easy to use. Work well with our computer.

Great printer. Exactly what I was looking for at home without having to spend alot. I love that it does not take up alot of space.

I needed a printer for home use and wanted a reliable one just for copying and printing. Very happy with my choice. Set up was easy and it works well with my Chromebook.

A good printer, but not as good as my old Canon printer. Not quite as easy to load ink cartridges or paper; printer shuts itself off after awhile; old printer controls were simpler but more effective. My PIXMA MG 3500 series printers were the very best Canon has ever made. I still have 3 that I use as printers, but can't connect them to my new computer. Canon no longer provides the driver for wireless connection.

Easy to use easy to set up affordable small enough for convenience

Over the years I have purchased several printers and twice I purchased HP products. After the 2nd fail, I decided to try a Canon printer. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of set up and the quality of copies. I did have to call Canon once over the pixma print plan and the employees were terrific! Great printer! Try it!

This is a quality printer at a reasonable price. It prints very quietly and efficiently.

It's easy to print from my laptop - I love the ease of printing and the speed is satisfactory. My only gripe is printing from mobile devices... I do the whole connecting setup and all that but after a while (few weeks/months) I get an error message that the printer is offline when its not... I print less from my phone now bc of this. It has happened more than once to me and my 3 other roommates.

I've been happy with the printer performance so far, but it takes some digging in the printer settings to get a high-quality print. My pictures were dull and washed-out with out-of-the-box settings, but after some tweaking and test prints, they were looking much better. So I wish it was easier to adjust print quality on-the-fly, but it works great when you get the hang of it.
