    Works great and quiet. I like the wireless connection. Haven't been able to get printer cartridges at Best Buy. Other sources are also scarce.

    I use it infrequently. When it worked, it was fine BUT the paper keeps getting jammed up inside. Geek Squad Tech Support tried to fix the problem remotely but was unable to. They suggested (paying for) a technician to come to my house to fix it. I already paid for Total Tech Support ($179.00 a year) and don't want to spend another $80. to repair a relatively new printer. Very unhappy.

    since the beginning this thing jammed and printed off center. Prints fine 1 to 5 sheets, but a big print job of more than 5 sheets and it jambed most of the time, Last straw was today only 6 months of owning it has an error code of 7700 and can only be fixed by a certified canon repair center - diagnostics start at $150,00 - I threw it in the trash and bought something else

    Had issues connecting to phone and pc and internet no quality documentation for this specific model if you need to set it up slightly different than the tutorial. Unless you have an ios phone consider a different printer i had to use my ipad to get the printer to work
