It doesn't stay on and doesn't actually print that well

Not bad for house printing but it's to simple for something else

It works fine but wasn’t that easy to set up. I am not totally sure on how to use all the functions yet as they are not obvious to find.

For the price it’s ok. Had hard time getting it to print didn’t recognize AT&T internet Wi-Fi After several tries finally got it to work

Very easy set up, the printing is clear and the wireless works perfectly

Paper jams are a problem….sometimes jams when printing second side of document.

This printer is a total waste of money! It insists that you sign up for a print plan which the premium plan ONLY allows 200 pages per month, after that its 10 cents a page. My first month, I paid $10 for the plan and an extra $30 in overage fees. I cancelled the plan. Ever since then, ive had severe issues printing to the printer AFTER having to purchase a new set of ink cartridges that were not marked for subscription. Yes, you read that right. The ink under the print subscription have a special chip and disable the printer once the plan cancels. You then have to buy new cartridges at full price which costs as much as the printer and throw away your subscription cartridges that still have plenty of ink. I cannot reliably print to this printer and Canon tech support is no help. STAY AWAY from this printer!

Printed one project, got a print head error and had to contact Canon support. Was on a (relatively) short hold and they set up to send me a new one. Would rather be able to troubleshoot or bypass the error as it printed fine and needed this to complete a project on a deadline.

While this is probably a very good printer, we found it difficult to wirelessly connect. Store reviews were very good, online reviews, not so good.

Good for the money. So far I like it and the ink seems like you can print quite a bit.

This printer has been a complete nightmare from day one. Setup is overly complicated and glitchy — it got stuck in endless “follow instructions on your computer” mode and refused to connect to Wi-Fi no matter how many times I followed the manual or used Canon’s setup tools. Even after finally getting it recognized by my computer, it wouldn’t print. The display stays frozen, and support instructions are useless. I’ve wasted hours just trying to get a simple page to print. This experience has been incredibly frustrating — I regret this purchase and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Seems to work fine, but did have to send my first one back for replacement, blue foam pieces inside, started coming undone and jamming it up. It also doesn’t just “go to sleep” it shuts off. So when trying to print some thing, you have to go actually physically turn it back on, or your device will not be able to find the printer. Ok if you can get it on sale

Hard to set up but works good. Should have come with paper instructions

Better prontouts with better price. Easy to take prints through mobile

I needed to scan a document which is simple to do. I could not find the instructions to do this function. The information talked as if I had used this printer before

Stay away. Doesn’t find the inter. Won’t work wirelessly. It’s great using wired to laptop

Great printer, but needs some work. Would love to return/exchange, but it's been past the return window. The printer does not detect the paper, even if it's full. It needs something to push it down slightly for anything to actually print. And the app does not connect to the printer, so I had to buy a separate USB cord to connect the printer to my laptop. It's strange because the app or website doesn't even have this exact model in the search bar so maybe that's why it won't connect.
