Perfect simple home printer for occasional home printing needs. Suprisingly easy wireless setup to my Apple Mac Book Pro. Great price when on sale.

This printer is awesome! It did take me a little bit to get it hooked up to my computer. It is easier to hook it up if go to canon web page and find your printer the scan code on the box does not work. The printer itself is amazing, it prints on both sides of the paper and the quality is pristine even in the draft setting(Which uses less ink) I am in college and I print a lot of things and I am still using the same ink cartridge that it came with a month later! I am so glad I picked this one!!

super easy to set up and use all around. everything is easy to set up and install. print quality is good. lets see how long the ink lasts on average but so far so good.

This is one of the simplest and easiest printers to set up that I have ever owned. It prints flawlessly and very fast for a printer in this price range.

This printer was everything I was looking for:copy, print and scan. It was super easy to set up. I do wish it came with printed manual instead of having to locate and view on the computer. Ink is easy to install.

Nice printer, but for someone like me-a non-tech type of person-it was a real struggle to attempt to "hook it up". I have had very good experiences with the guys and gals at Best Buy, so...with the help of a person (and some prayer...) it's now hooked up to my PC. It's a versatile machine, as it makes copies and of course, prints. For the price it is a good buy; just needs a "techie" to install it. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

first time to buy a Canon Pixma printer. Quite impressed, easy setup, cartridges install very quickly, best of any printer I've owned, great price also.

In general the printer fits the price point for general household printing. The paper loading is a bit confusing with top loading and cassette loading. The quality of prints are okay/good, maybe there are different settings for quality but unfortunately I don’t have the time or effort to invest…as a home printer I’m more print and ready to go. Lastly the printer powers off after 1-2 hours and will not power or connect remotely when off. I need to get up and turn of the printer, a huge inconvenience.

I bought this to replace an old Cannon printer. So far I am happy with the quality of the prints. Easy setup.

The photo quality that you get out of this printer is amazing. I did get this for printing out art work and art prints do come out just fine. If you are printing out art work to put onto stuff like vinyl stickers, the ink that it takes doesn't work for waterproof, so you might have to go the extra mile of laminating, but that was on me, I didn't do enough research first! I print a lot of family photos, though, so it's perfect for that!
