Printer does the necessary things we need it to perform

so far for my first printer, it's working great. setting it up was a little time consuming but once you are done it works wonderfully.

my brother's printer kept saying paper jam but couldn't find anything it, so I replaced it with this and am happy so far.

It was pretty easy to find the item I've ordered in the past and it was available for my choice of pick up or delivery. I chose pick up and was notified very quickly that it was ready.

Horrible printer I don’t know where all the good reviews come from. God forbid you’re in a pension. You need to print something quick. This thing never connects to any of our iPhones and we all have anywhere from an iPhone 12 13 and 16 never ever connects. also good luck, trying to connect this thing to any kind of computer. It’s a whole process. The instructions are confusing. The website to connect is also very confusing. I was always a big fan of Canon printers, and I had an old school one that was not an air printer, and that one worked flawlessly. I’ve had this now for one year, I’m just gonna chuck it and get something else.

Works well and stays connected to wifi. The paper tray is a little slender and runs out frequently.

Absolutely the worst printer experience I have ever had. Not only is this printer not intended for release in the U.S. (a fact I discovered only after purchasing and attempting to install the printer in my home when I tried to contact Canon for more information and support for the machine) the Canon online user manual for this machine does not respond after multiple attempts to open it. The documentation that came with the machine almost wasn't sufficient to complete installation, let alone address operation. Since it is too late for me to return this item (it sat lonely and unused for about a full month, and only today did I realize the extent to which I have been misused by both companies), I am stuck with a useless machine that is not worth the plastic of which it is made and will have to find another printer/scanner for my home use. I find it completely inexcusable that Best Buy would sell this item to a purchaser in the U.S in full knowledge that Canon would not provide support or information for this item. Henceforth I will avoid any further interaction with Best Buy and will turn to more honorable companies to do business with.

It works well for a cheap printer . Downfall is the inks only come all together in one cartridge. One color runs out you have to replace them all with another cartridge.

I cannot evaluate this printer/copier now because I left the very next morning on a trip after it was delivered. I purchased it because it had 2-sided printing, could copy from a book, and was lightweight, I travel and want to carry it because past experience revealed problems with ink drying from non-use for periods of time. I hope this will work out.

Works great. A bit of a pain to connect at first. Used Cannon print APP works excellent. Printing is sharp and crisp. Thank you Cannon.

Great printer alot better than the other one i can great upgrade

Great printer for my home office. Love the scanner function and that I can scan multiple pages at once. Works really well with the Canon Smart Connect Ap. Easy wireless set up and reasonably priced ink.

Easy setup and easy to use. This printer has good instructions and anything else needed you simply You Tube it.

I needed a new printer and went online and saw that this one was really good and saw Best Buy had one in stock so I ordered it and it works great. I love it
