    Great printer for price. Use my printer sporadically, so works great for me. Wireless printing was ez to set up. No real issue, but occasionally have to closer to printer with iPhone to print

    I use it infrequently. When it worked, it was fine BUT the paper keeps getting jammed up inside. Geek Squad Tech Support tried to fix the problem remotely but was unable to. They suggested (paying for) a technician to come to my house to fix it. I already paid for Total Tech Support ($179.00 a year) and don't want to spend another $80. to repair a relatively new printer. Very unhappy.

    My old printer was dying, and I needed one now. Found this and it has worked well. It auto shuts down to save power, I like that. Just could not figure out how to print an envelope. Will need to check further, but I was in a hurry and hand wrote the addresses.

    I have not been too happy with this printer since day 1. It does not have a power saver mode on it. You have to turn it on each time you need it. Seems like there is always a problem every time I go to print. I guess you get what you pay for.
