    Do not buy this total piece of junk. From the beginning, it repeatedly jammed on the paper and did not feed. The feed scanner constantlh jammed as well. The printer would freeze, refuse to turn off, load forever, and just generally fail to operate. It sucked down ink like a crackhead sucks down drugs. The only nice thing to say is it sometimes printed very nice photos that of course took massive amounts of ink just for a 4x6 print. You have now been warned about this piece of junk thet belongs in the garbage can!

    This is my second attempt at getting one of these printers that will work correctly. I returned the first printer because the print cartridge would not close due to flimsy plastic assembly on the bottom side. So it would not function due to "print cartridge open" error. I returned it for a new one thinking I got a faulty one. The second printer printed a few pages, but jammed about half the time. Now it keeps giving an error that the print cartridge is empty. It won't print from the print cartridge at all and will only print from the rear, which only holds a few pages. So far it has printed OK with this method with just a few attempts, and the quality is good (text only) but it is extremely slow. I don't print much at all, but I fear it's going to be an adventure every time I need it.

    Our experience at your Apple Valley store was excellent. We had no idea about the kind of printer we needed. Mary Lou walked us through everything, and she actually made our concerns very simple. Over the years I've had many experiences with retail associates, and she was one of the best. Lucas over in the Geek Squad was a very nice young man, and was very helpful as well.
