Its not as good of quality. I expected better functions

for the most part it does what i need. the one thing i wish it did have is stay on for wifi access to print for mobile. I have to turn power on each time.

Worst machine for printing , not friendly . Disconnects multi times . That is why its cheap “ sales and register worker of Bestbuy at Levittown , newyork “ at the time when i wanted to return .manager mr Jerry didnt bother to speak to the customer whom complained and said via staff i m busy at work while he was sitting on his station and watching me leaving . It was 14 days over date but the way of treating customers is very disrespectful and embarrassing.

Like that it will print from anywhere in the house.

Great printer, but needs some work. Would love to return/exchange, but it's been past the return window. The printer does not detect the paper, even if it's full. It needs something to push it down slightly for anything to actually print. And the app does not connect to the printer, so I had to buy a separate USB cord to connect the printer to my laptop. It's strange because the app or website doesn't even have this exact model in the search bar so maybe that's why it won't connect.

This printer is great for simple needs and small printing jobs.

I needed to scan a document which is simple to do. I could not find the instructions to do this function. The information talked as if I had used this printer before

Not as easy to set up as my HP. Envy but otherwise seems like a good replacement.

Four stars pending seeing how reliability is. But okay for a new printer. Menu systems are more tedious than they need to be, for sure.

love this printer. exactly what i needed. to print and scan pages. so simple and works with wifi and you can print stuff off your phone. so happy with my purchase

It Always is needing to take the tray out, adjust paper, turn it off and turn it back on. It has Never been is as easy as just send a document to print and it prints it.

Wireless operation is seamless. Hope 5G doesn't become 6G because my last printer worked fine until 5G. This printer so far is flawless.

jammed after only 5 months (unable to unjam), and Best Buy refuses to take it back, despite it still being within the one year warranty period. Next stop: better business bureau and other consumer agencies

Slowest printer I have ever used. It takes 15 minutes between printing and scanning. If it prints/scans at all. Most of the time I cant even connect to the printer, even when connect via usb. And it constantly gets stuck in the middle of a print job and losses connection. Don’t waste your time.

Printer is great once you have the setup complete. The process isn’t as intuitive as I would have liked, but luckily you only have to go through that once.

VERY SLOW AT TIMES. TAKES A WHILE TO ACTIVATE AND START PRINTING.
