    This printer took forever to print, and I had nothing but problems. I took it back to Best Buy and was able to swap it out for a better pruner. Thanks again Best Buy.

    What a piece of junk. I boy it, opened it… and it was not compatible with my NEW LAPTOP…. And no canon did not have updated software… and no Microsoft store didn’t have it… and no ease of install was a nightmare…. I boxed it bc ack up and donated it to Goodwill! Why, you may ask ? It would work with the computers sold there!

    I would never and I mean beaver put anything important to print on here. This printer has screwed me over 2 times!!!! And makes me waste more paper than I ever needed to. Worthless!!!!! Please anyone reading this don’t bother, I’m currently giving this printer away until the garbage collects it. Will sit loading for more than 5 minutes…….

    It’s pretty irritating to get it to work correctly and sometimes it still doesn’t. It gets the job done for simple things. Picture quality isn’t the worse but will be upgrading.

    Slow Doesn't turn itself on when requesting print via computer. Set-up didn't"t go well and support was foreign and hard to understand.

    Like most I only use my printer a handful of times a year. Worked well until it said it had a paper jam when there wasn’t. Impossible to troubleshoot so had to buy a new one. Don’t waste you money on this junk.
