I'm having a heck of a time setting the printer up with my computer. Warning should be added to the description to make sure you have an extra USB/printer hook-up. The serial number of the printer should be in a spot that's really obvious.

It's little larger than I'd like for a home printer. And a little pricier.

Basic printer, no computer needed for quick easy wireless setup. Exactly as stated, was what I wanted.

I was pleasantly surpris3d this worked with my chromebook and my dell laptop. Its not fancy. But it will print paper. I hate the paper carrier. If you pront a lot dont get this. But the price was right I pnly print 3-6 pages a week so it works for me.

Beyond expectations! Can't believe all the media I'm able to run through it.

This printer works as it should! WIreless capabilities are flawless this far.

Frustrating, inconsistent, cheap. I spend about 30-60 minutes troubleshooting every time I try to print and often just give up. App just tries to datamine your personal info. Print quality is fine.

IT works. It is not as fast as my older printer, but the scanner quality is better. I am satisfied.

The printer works fine. I think is a little slow but works ok.

Love the size and the speed it prints at, but connection is a pain, and I've got an error 1000 code throwing all the time. Had less than 6 months tossing it out.

This is the absolute worst printer I've ever seen. I've had $30 dollar printers bought at a pharmacy perform 100x better. If I could give it no stars, I would. It will not consistently stay connected no matter what you do. It prints and scans incredibly slowly. It will just stop in the middle of printing or scanning and just shut down. It constantly has some error or issue and then the error just goes away and it will start printing again at random. The desktop application for printing and scanning is completely worthless, and looks like it's a hundred years old and almost looks the way DOS looked. It's a constant struggle to get anything to print or scan. I bought this thing just a few months ago and I'm here shopping for something else because it is absolutely worthless. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYTHING ELSE.

Do not press the cartridges in as they do not need to snap in place. Instructions say they do but if you place any pressure, the clips break. All you do is place it in the holder and close the ink case. Due to this invalid information, I pressed AS THE INSTRUCTIONS STATED and the clip broke. I figured..ok..so lets try to print. I printed the alignment, and it was light. I printed a test document, and it was choppy. Idk if it’s from the broken clip or the actual printer, but I consider this product junk. Considering the sales rep..yes all the employees are sales reps.. upsold me this yesterday and convinced me to get a membership, I’m more than disappointed. I’ll be going back today and pulling a karen.
