Looks nice, unable to hook up wifi printing. Copier works fine.

This printer is a waste of time and energy. Could not and would not connect to any of my Apple devices or to the WiFi, after several hours trying to connect via YouTube videos I gave up and returned it. Not worth the hassle.

Purchased this printer but after 5 hours of trying to install this I decided to Return. Wireless would not connect; not USB Cable to assist with set up. No customer service to contact always took me to prewritten question section. Never had issues with HP

Piece of garbage. Flimsy, eats ink, barely prints, holds about 10 pieces of paper (if you're lucky). Why did Canon make this? Truly a waste of money, time and effort.

Print is faint and colors are not true. Running three clean and one deep clean cycle helped a little. Colors and print darkness are still not acceptable. Have to figure out how to return it under warrantee.

Works fine for a basic printer, that’s what we wanted. A little slow.

Difficult to attach Power Cord to the printer. Complicated way of scanning.

all canon printers loose wifi connection and they do not like apple MacBooks for some reason I do not trust canon go for hp or brother they are more reliable

Very disappointed. Size of screen is almost unreadable and placed in a difficult position to read rather than previous printers on the top. Really cheap that there is no separate output slide to catch printed documents. Clearly built primarily to sell ink, not solve a customers problem.

color is not as vivid as I would like but OK for routine printing

Without a doubt the WORST printer I've ever used in my entire life! Not sure if I'll return it or destroy it with a baseball bat a la Office Space. Not even useful as a door-stop. Run away from this piece of junk. Run fast and run far!! Spend the extra fifty bucks and get an HP. Their printers actually print.

Stopped working after less than a year of use. No way to contact Canon support. Total piece of garbage and tragically soon to be taking up space in a landfill.

This is not an "All-in-One" printer. It does not fax. Yes, I know that faxing from the printer is really old-fashioned, but it's what I do instead of paying another subscription fee for another electronic service.

Lots of issues with this new printer. Paper loading trey is very difficult. Most of the time it gives error. You literally have to fight for it to print anything.

Terrible printer!!!! Don’t waste your money on this machine! You get what you pay for! Cheap! Hasn’t worked correctly for weeks!

Bottom of the line: could not get it running at all. It kept defaulting to an error msg. Gotta take it back.

Still cannot get to print from my Chromebook. Get a different printer if using a Chromebook.

I don’t like. It is working very bed. I want make return.
