It turns off by itself, it always gives an error on the paper. But anyway, it works well

My Canon 2900 series printer died, so I went to Best Buy in search of a new one. Found this one on sale. It has dual paper feed (bottom tray or from the back) and a print on both sides option. A great printer for the price.

Not a bad deal for the price. Recommend for home use only. Pairing to devices was a bit meh… but overall, it gets the job done.

I can only get it to scan a document if I use the phone app. Then I have to email myself the scanned document from my phone. Don’t even ask about printing…… it doesn’t! Error message after error message. I even have it wired to my desktop computer. Don’t waste your money. I would return it but it’s past the 15 day policy. I tried to have my company IT help me but it’s a no go. After the new year I will buy something else.

Ive had an HP printer in the past. This Canok printer is vastly better. It was wireless capabilities without needing any bloatware on computers or phones!

The printer worked very well for two months. However, for the past two weeks, it has been constantly giving errors, trying to pull out all the paper at once, and getting jammed. I deeply regret purchasing this product and will be returning it.

I’ve been using the Canon PIXMA TS6420a Wireless All-in-One Printer, and it’s been a great addition to my home setup. The printer is compact and fits easily on a desk or shelf without taking up much space. Setup was straightforward, and connecting it to Wi-Fi was quick, allowing me to print wirelessly from my phone, tablet, and computer with no issues.
Print quality is excellent for everyday use, with sharp text and vibrant color prints. Scanning and copying functions work smoothly, making it convenient for home and light office tasks. I also appreciate the automatic duplex printing, which saves paper and makes printing multi-page documents more efficient.
What I like most is how reliable and user-friendly this printer is. The controls are simple, the display is easy to navigate, and it performs consistently without jams or errors. Overall, the Canon PIXMA TS6420a offers a great balance of functionality, quality, and convenience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable all-in-one printer for home use.

It is a good printer, but the only problem that I have with it is that the ways to connect to it beside a phone is sometimes buggy.

Worst printer ever. We were looking for a simple printer for small jobs. It turns itself off after 5 minutes even when we tried disabling that function. It's extremely show. It hangs most of the time. It provides no error messages. Sometimes prints only part of the page. Sometimes prints only part of the document. Sometimes doesn't print at all. It can't print Apple's .pages documents. The Print Center is useless. Expect to see messages such as "Processing...please wait momentarily" which never goes away unless you unplug the printer because the Off button only works when everything is working. I absolutely hate it.
