    It does what I wanted well. Like many other electronic items it does not come with a good manual. Thus, the 4 star rating. How expensive could the manual be? Just ad it to the price.

    Replacing a 10+ year-old Canon printer that worked without fail until the bitter end. The new 7020 was easy to install and has worked perfectly for over a month. The higher scan resolution is welcomed as are the two paper feeds. We use one for good paper.

    Easy set up for my grand daughter to handle alone. Quiet print sound. Size is also a great fit to the dead’s we already have. Easy panel for using for several functions. Very satisfied with our new cannon printer

    Needed a new printer quick. They only seem to last me a couple of years before they get constant error messages. This one was on sale and fit my needs. Only downside is that it doesn't have a phone line fax, but it was good for the price. It was easy to set up, and works good so far.

    I am pleased with thia printer. My only issue is that you can only scan from the device(computer, laptop,phone), and not at the printer. I find that strange. But at the pricepoint, its not a deal breaker. I also wish it turned on automatically when sending an item to print, but thats minor as I would have to go pick it up anyhow.

    Photos come out clear but the color is a little muted. Printing from my phone usually takes a little troubleshooting but I eventually get it to work every time. All in all, it's been pretty solid
