I am pleased with thia printer. My only issue is that you can only scan from the device(computer, laptop,phone), and not at the printer. I find that strange. But at the pricepoint, its not a deal breaker. I also wish it turned on automatically when sending an item to print, but thats minor as I would have to go pick it up anyhow.

great budget all-in-one printer scanner. Scan and print quality is great, I do not know yet how efficient it is, since I haven't had to replace any cartridges yet.

It was very easy set up to wireless. The colors show up great on paper.

Easiest printer ever to hook up and operate. Makes excelkenr clear copies. Also makes double sided copies. Comes in black or white. Black and 3 color inks.

Works great for normal prints, sharper color is missing in photographs, I had problems with the wireless connection.

It tokk a bit to learn but we now like all the features and it works well for my husband for when he is working from home. Works well for me when I need to print off items or copie flyers for fundraising events!

It does what I wanted well. Like many other electronic items it does not come with a good manual. Thus, the 4 star rating. How expensive could the manual be? Just ad it to the price.

Been needing to have my own printer in my home. Got tired of having to make trips to a local print shop. Also can now start printing pictures from my phone....family memories in frames now all over my house!

This is my first wireless printer. It was very simple to set up and use. Works well.

Not impressed. It is clunky sounding preparing to print each time as if it cant grab paper the first 2 or 3 tries then gets it. I constantly have to check paper is loaded correctly and it is just annoying. uses ink fast even on light ink setting still over uses it. It does its job but not impressed.

Nice printer, the paper tray is a little weird though. Pictures come out great with the photo paper

This printer looks, feels — and most importantly, works — like a toy. The build quality is awful: flimsy plastic and poor design throughout. The paper tray never fits properly, so I have to pull it out and push it back in repeatedly until the printer finally accepts it. Then, the next time I print — without touching anything — I get the same tray error and have to go through the whole process again. I contacted Geek Squad to use my 4-year warranty, but they said they have to attempt four repairs before sending it to the manufacturer. Only then might I get a refund. I don't have the time or patience to keep wrestling with a faulty tray and making trips to Best Buy. Skip this one — the quality simply isn’t there.

Instructions are very limited and unclear for set up

Printer was real easy to set up so far so good should put printer ink in the ink aisle instead of the camera section of the store almost didn’t purchase because couldn’t find ink had to have salesman find it and he didn’t know it was there either

It was higher quality at an excellent price. I would definitely recommend the product.

I like the printer. It is easy to use. The only thing I don't like, is the small window with the options for using the printer. The printing in the window is very small and is very hard to read.
