The issues I have with it are the print quality and method for printing from the rear tray. First, I am using the brand new cartridge that came with it. The colors are very dull. I printed on plain paper on my old printer (the exact same picture) and the brightness of the colors was very clearly superior (and my old printer was a cheap, $50-ish basic printer). I have tried to print a variety of things and they all print that way. Second, in order to print from the rear tray, each time you have to open and close a 'flap' and then press "okay" on the front of the printer, meaning I have to be physcially in the room to print from the rear tray (which is what i need it for primarily). It's a pain and takes extra time.

It really feels like a quality product and i don’t regret spending the extra bit of money at all.

The only thing I don't like, is the small window with the options for using the printer. The printing in the window is very small and is very hard to read.

It was easy to set up and loading paper is convenient. I have yet to print a photo but expect that will not be an issue either.

It is clunky sounding preparing to print each time as if it cant grab paper the first 2 or 3 tries then gets it. I constantly have to check paper is loaded correctly and it is just annoying. uses ink fast even on light ink setting still over uses it. It does its job but not impressed.
