With so many different Printers out there, we didn't need anything too crazy fancy, yet have the ability to scan. now the panel isn't as user friendly as I'd like, buttons are at a minimal, however to get a lot of printer capabilities, scanning, etc, you HAVE to access them via the software, which didn't show up, as I had to search for it, and create a shortcut.

Okay purchase I think the tray is difficult to navigate, but for typical use it works good

In need of a new printer. Nothing crazy, just functional for normal use. The sale price drew me to this model. If you need a “nothing fancy” printer, this might be it. However, it used up many pages and about 1/3 the black ink just calibrating and setting up: Main reason I returned it. I liked the features but never got to try them. Spent a lot of time setting it up. Seemed flimsy and paperjams galore. Two stars bc if you actually get it going I’m sure it can be a 3-4star machine. But the ink burn rate was such that I didn’t want to find out.

We bought this product on the strength of a previous (similar) product from the Canon family of printers. That product has been simply excellent, and we hope this one will be, too (yet to set up).

Prints fast and it was cheap. Seems to be a good build quality.

It gets the job done. Not a huge fan of this printer. I have used both Canon and HP printers and I can say I’ve never had good luck with canon printers. I needed one that was affordable and printed on both sides and this one does and was in my price range. I do not like that it doesn’t turn on automatically when I send something to the printer. I have to get up each time to turn it on. I also don’t like the full software package that has to be utilized for it to function properly. Other than that it gets the job done.

Needed to replace my printer as my old Canon MG5300 was not supported for windows 11 on my new laptop. Great price from Best Buy! I look forward to years of great service with this TS6420a from Canon printing from multiple devices over Wifi.
