Worst printer ever! Prior to this I had Epson printers. Each was about the same price as this one and lasted only 3 years. I thought this Canon printer would be better quality but it’s terrible. The AirPrint feature doesn’t work unless you wake the printer up, I’m typically in the other room when I print so it’s annoying to have to press a button to wake the printer up before my phone recognizes it as an available printer. It regularly experiences problems in the middle of printing and won’t complete print jobs. This printer is terrible. I’m convinced that these positive reviews must have been generated by bots. I DO NOT recommend this printer!

This review isn’t related to the quality of the product but rather the condition it came in. This item came shipped from a 3rd party logistics company based from California. It was already days late. Followed by a ripped box at the top that seems to have been dropped then retapped before delivery. Upon setting up the printer, the machine made loud noises and kept jamming anytime paper was inserted. If I had to come to a conclusion, the printer was dropped from a decent height and broke delicate moving parts internally. Not my first online purchase from Best Buy, but it is my first bad experience.

Slowest printer I have ever used. It takes 15 minutes between printing and scanning. If it prints/scans at all. Most of the time I cant even connect to the printer, even when connect via usb. And it constantly gets stuck in the middle of a print job and losses connection. Don’t waste your time.

Getting this thing reconnected to wifi after a power outage took over 3 hours and required a phone support tech call. There's no documentation for a DIY fix if this happens. Also, the lack of a display window really makes using the on-printer functions difficult, like entering a wifi password.

The service was not that great when looking for help but we like the copy machine

It scans, copies and prints just like it is supposed to do. My only comment is that it was a challenge to set up the multi feed and scanner. We had to make a trip to the store for a usb cable so that it would work.

I purchased it for my younger brother, whose old printer was broken. He said this was a great gift and was working just fine.

Not, the best but works for me, not the best quality, but ink cartridges better price than the other one I had.

Ok printer. Have had 2 other Canon printers that were easier to use that I liked better.

This printer works great, but it was difficult to set up. The problem may have been our internet provider.

Very pleased with this printer. Scans documents flawlessly, document and picture quality is outstanding. Only complaint is that it is a little on the noisy side.

Outside casing is cheap. Paper cartridge first not fit flush but sticks out. Had some issues trying to get use to it. Would not buy again.

Seems like a great printer for the price. It does require ink cartridges instead of just ink, but they are very affordable for this model.

It's a good little printer. I don't like that it won't stay on indefinately but that is just taking getting used to,

Perfect for my personal needs. I am a senior citizen and it did take patients to understand how this printer operates.

I have always had great luck with Canon, and my printer was a dinosaur! (Tells you how long they last) my printer still worked, it was just too old to be recognized by my new computer. Went to BB, took home this gem and hooked it up to everything so easy!!

Its ok. Nothing special, easy set up. Seems to print slow.
