Terrible experirnce

When I went to their website they attempted to scam me into buying services from them. No instrution manual only a picture book. Pictures? Really? Needless to say I returned it.

PiXMA Scanner/ Printer

Perfect for my home needs

It’s ok at best

[2] When I called Customer Service for help, the technician wanted to charge me a fee. [3] My sister-in-law spent an hour trying to get the printer to turn on and print. [4] The printer is very slow.

Poor print quality

DOES NOT FAX AS STATED IN DESCRIPTION

The description says it is a fax, I bought it because I needed a fax and they will not take it back because it’s past the return date. The manager at the Utica, Michigan store was absolutely no help after I was told by a customer service rep that I could return it to the store. Thanks a lot Best Buy

Very Disappointing Purchase

No manual for set up and usage instructions. Still trying to figure it out. Finally got it to print, but nothing else yet. Printer shuts off and must be manually turned on before it will print. Not happy about that at all, very inconvenient.
