    Prints ok, not very easy to use! Purchased this model to print off wedding invites and envelopes but extremely difficult to change the settings, especially envelopes!

    I bought two of these printers and have had nothing but problems with them from the get go. They always disconnect from the network. Even when you know they're connected they say they're "offline". Sometimes it'll print so slowly that a three page document can take 10 minutes. I have never had so much trouble with a printer. Seriously regret this purchase.

    Won't stay turned on, thus requiring you to stand by the printer everytime you want to print something. Frequently disconnects from the wifi. This was never an issue with our previous HP printer. Lastly, anytime you try to print double-sided it jams in multiple locations. I will never buy a Canon printer again.
