Great printer that can print pictured on photo paper that you would think came from a photo lab. Very happy with this purchase

Frustrating, inconsistent, cheap. I spend about 30-60 minutes troubleshooting every time I try to print and often just give up. App just tries to datamine your personal info. Print quality is fine.

This is the absolute worst printer I've ever seen. I've had $30 dollar printers bought at a pharmacy perform 100x better. If I could give it no stars, I would. It will not consistently stay connected no matter what you do. It prints and scans incredibly slowly. It will just stop in the middle of printing or scanning and just shut down. It constantly has some error or issue and then the error just goes away and it will start printing again at random. The desktop application for printing and scanning is completely worthless, and looks like it's a hundred years old and almost looks the way DOS looked. It's a constant struggle to get anything to print or scan. I bought this thing just a few months ago and I'm here shopping for something else because it is absolutely worthless. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYTHING ELSE.

Do not press the cartridges in as they do not need to snap in place. Instructions say they do but if you place any pressure, the clips break. All you do is place it in the holder and close the ink case. Due to this invalid information, I pressed AS THE INSTRUCTIONS STATED and the clip broke. I figured..ok..so lets try to print. I printed the alignment, and it was light. I printed a test document, and it was choppy. Idk if it’s from the broken clip or the actual printer, but I consider this product junk. Considering the sales rep..yes all the employees are sales reps.. upsold me this yesterday and convinced me to get a membership, I’m more than disappointed. I’ll be going back today and pulling a karen.

Worked during the initial set-up. Now having some issues but they could be on my end.

Beware!!! This printer was a NIGHTMARE!!!! It constantly jams! Then, the paper won't go through. Lastly, the printer won't actually print out!! I am soooooooo done with this horrible printer!! It is in the garbage!!!!!!!!! I would NEVER recommend this printer to anyone! BEWARE!!!!

If you run out of color ink will it still print in black ink

Good printer but a little slow particularly when using color. Don't understand the two paper trays.

Nice looking. Complimented our in home computer. Scanning and copying functions worked well. Easily set up.

I am so disappointed that I purchased this printer.It was difficult to set up.A manual did not come with it.I had to go online to get setup instructions.It didn’t work so I called cannon on the same afternoon after wasting my whole morning.I was told to call back after 630 p.m. I am not tech savvy but not slow either.I had a family member who works with printers everyday to look at it.They finally gave up and so I do no have a printer that works at all. The worst part is I called and no answer.So, I found my receipt to get a refund and conveniently I was a day too late for a refund.I was told I could pay more and trade the printers.If I do that I will buy it from some other store.

Printer seem to be working fine, takes a while to warm up to product a requested printed copy. Would have liked to received a receipt, when I purchased the printer so I could have attached it to the paperwork received in the printer box for save keeping.
