Poor replacement for previous Canon Printer

Size of screen is almost unreadable and placed in a difficult position to read rather than previous printers on the top. Really cheap that there is no separate output slide to catch printed documents. Clearly built primarily to sell ink, not solve a customers problem.

Run Away!!

Not sure if I'll return it or destroy it with a baseball bat a la Office Space. Not even useful as a door-stop. Run away from this piece of junk. Run fast and run far!! Spend the extra fifty bucks and get an HP. Their printers actually print.

Does not fax!

Yes, I know that faxing from the printer is really old-fashioned, but it's what I do instead of paying another subscription fee for another electronic service.

I loved all of the mg features, especially when I printed pictures. I feel that the ts6420a doesn’t meet my standards. Canon sure has disappointed me!
