Nice printer - very quiet - worth the money. Still getting use to it and figuring out how to print from the Cannon app and/or just using the print off my phone.

It was time for a printer upgrade since the one we had was well over six years old. This one does the trick, and it was on sale when we purchased it.

I've had a very disappointing experience with this printer. Every time it goes to sleep, it disconnects from the network and doesn’t reconnect automatically. This means I have to constantly restart it just to get it to appear again—which involves unplugging and plugging it back in. Restarting takes at least 5 minutes, making quick prints nearly impossible. Even when it is powered on, the printer often gets stuck on “loading data” and never actually processes the job. I’ve yet to have a single successful print by simply hitting “print” and getting a page without hassle. To make matters worse, it frequently pulls multiple sheets at once, or prints a blank page for no reason. Overall, it's extremely slow, unreliable, and frustrating to use. I would not recommend this printer unless these issues are resolved.

Excellent performance affordable price and space sa

I replaced an older Canon all-in-one printer with this PIXMA TS6420a and couldn't be happier! All functions from printing to scanning perform very well and I like the sleep mode where the printer turns itself off if it hasn't been used after a number of hours. The one thing that could be improved is the aesthetic user interface for the scan utility software.

Great products. Works wireless and can use your phone or computer to print

So far so good. Like the multiple places to add paper for printing. Only dislike is the cycling that takes place prior to the document being printed that seems to take forever. That may be a Canon function as my other printer did the same thing

Prints really fast. I tested printing photos as well but for some reason after printing i can easily wipe it with my thumb. I probably have to leave it out to dry a bit i guess. Apart from that. Its great

has worked well and had no issues so far. takes a bit to print out but does a solid job.

I’m glad with my purchase. I can print out things from my Mobil phone.

Easy setup. Has good print quality and prints quickly.

Does excellent printing, only complaint is that it doesn't turn on without manually pressing power button. My previous printer powered up on command from my computer.

This printer is great value printer. It loves ink. I went through an entire cartridge of black ink printing around a 100-to-150 UPS labels. Your mileage may vary. Not for big usage. The Best Buy site has a tough time finding the right refill. And in the store, we noticed that a refill could be as expensive as the printer and new cartridge. Excellent printer for occasional use.

Great price, great product, good quality and I love the option to print at home on both sides of the page with this printers features.
