This printer looks, feels — and most importantly, works — like a toy. The build quality is awful: flimsy plastic and poor design throughout. The paper tray never fits properly, so I have to pull it out and push it back in repeatedly until the printer finally accepts it. Then, the next time I print — without touching anything — I get the same tray error and have to go through the whole process again. I contacted Geek Squad to use my 4-year warranty, but they said they have to attempt four repairs before sending it to the manufacturer. Only then might I get a refund. I don't have the time or patience to keep wrestling with a faulty tray and making trips to Best Buy. Skip this one — the quality simply isn’t there.

Overall a good basic printer, The setup by Geek Squad was quick and easy. This printer is a bit slow to start up, and very basic.

This was easy to set up and does exactly what I need it to do.

So far this printer works great & for a great price too!

Great printer for the price!. Don’t except ultra high resolution pictures. But what you do get are crisp printed text for any home use or School project!.

Canon makes great printers and this model doesn't use ink like the higher priced ones.

This Canon Ink Jet Printer TS6420a is absolutely excellent. Good, fair price and delivery was prompt 2 day. Printer worked straight out of the box. Installing ink jet cartridges is the only installation required and that's simple.

First Canon printer I've owned normally its been HP. Printing pictures is fantastic. Extremely well built. So far very happy with the purchase. Nice to see Canon has a similar program to HP instant ink, Definitely sign up for this program. Highly recommend.

I had a previous version of Cannon and something broke - bught this one as a replacemnte - not bad for the price qnd very easy to setup

This is a no frills all in one printer made with cheap plastic components. If you don't need to print often, this could fit the bill since it also copies and scans documents.

Setting up the Canon PIXMA TS6420a was a breeze—even without the manual. The on-screen menu is clear and intuitive, and the companion app made the whole process even easier. Plus, the ink-saving features are a great bonus for regular use.

I needed a printer that would be compatible with a Chrome book. Although it is a little slow at printing it is overall a great printer. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I can both print and scan wirelessly.

This printer is everything I expected and more. It was easy to set up. I love that it will print double sided. This is much better than the HP printer that I was using.

It’s great for now. Made super cheap. Weird that there is no plastic on bottom of printer where paper passes by.

I bought another one first. I was going to buy this one but got talked into something else. I brought the other back and got this one So glad I did. It's great small but powerful.
