Had a little trouble setting up - instructions kept me going in loops. Could be considerably clearer. Once set up, found it easy to use and got very good results.

This is a very good wi-fi printer-scanner-copier. I use it at home for a lot of things. Print from any room in house even though printer is in spare room.

I bought this printer to use as a wifi unit. Works well but sometimes goes into sleep mode and requires me to manually turn it on.

Good versatile printer that is pretty fast and puts out a good product. Separate ink tanks are nice and the Bluetooth feature is awesome.

Printer was very easy to set up. It's super quiet, compared to other brands I've had and is very energy efficient as well. Goes to sleep when not in use.

We have had 2 other brands in recent years and have been disappointed. So we avoided those brands and were impressed with what this unit does for us.

great printer, only issue i have is that the front panel doesnt auto close after printing

its a little confusing at first but it will do the job after you get it figured out

This printer is awful, I bought it to go with my new HP flipbook on Black Friday last year, I was completely lost when it came to which kind of printer to purchase so I was heavily relying on the advice of the Best Buy Rep I was working with. He suggested this printer and said it would be great for normal printing as well as photo paper printing with my new HP Flipbook. The printer worked great for about the first month, then shortly after the ink lines started to get all grainy, I replaced the cartridges to still have the same issue, the printer rattles all over the place while its trying to print and looks like its going to hop off the table, and on top of that has a "Paper Jam" quite often even after all paper have been completely removed from the machine. I can honestly say I've done alot more swearing than I have printing with this machine in the last 9 months that I have owned it. Hoping to find a better deal this Black Friday so I can junk this thing sooner than later. BUYER BEWARE.... NOT WORTH THE PURCHASE, SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY!!

Quick and easy printing. Only bad thing about it is that it takes so many ink cartridges.

Works as expected. Can be faster. Sometimes takes longer to print or may have wifi delay but overall good print quality
