Definitely a printer worth the money! I would rebuy it

I plan to bring this back to the store! I didn’t open it right away. After 21 days I open it today It said paper jam. There is no paper inside the printer. This was an exchange after the first one said the same thing. I hope someone can figure this printer out because I can’t.

I wasn’t crazy about this printer. I prefer an Epson printer for printing photos. It good for office work but not for what I need

Bought this printer thinking it would be like my previous Canon. It did not meet my expectations so I returned it. I have loved my previous Canon printers.

Did not work with my computer! Needed an upgrade to new software. Spent hours on phone trying to connect it. Have to upgrade the computer before I can use it!

This Canon printer was difficult to set up, and has issues with the paper jamming quite frequently. I would not purchase this printer again.

This printer is nothing special, but it gets the job done. It's a decent printer at a decent price point.

Paper feed broke within 6 months which was a good thing as it gave me a reason to get rid of it and it’s constant smudgy and ink globby output despite multiple cleanings. Best Buy was great about taking it back though.

Intermittent printing. Sometimes documents don’t print until the next time I turn the printer on.

Great product. The only downfall is the cost of the toner and that it does not last all that long.

We got this printer before Christmas and unfortunately by the time we got it set up after the holiday and realized it didn't work it was too late to return. The only pro is that it looks nice. Other than that, it has a paper jam or error message every time we have tried to print. Horrible printer and waste of money!

Purchased this printer a few months ago, used maybe 10 times and has a paper jam error. However no paper jammed. I understand this is a common error and this printer is pretty much useless. Thought buying a Canon I was going to have a positive customer experience, I was wrong - don’t waste your money.

This thing uses ink at an unbelievable rate and the nozzle clogs regularly. Some times won't recognize brand new cartridges installed in the machine. I have had previous Canon printers that I was very happy with and that is why I purchased this one. I would nor recommend this particular printer.

Paper feeder too slow, I should have kept my old printer that I also purchased at Best Buy years ago.

This printer is extremely slow and loud, after its done printing it starts making some noises as if was going to start printing again very annoying and it does this every single time it prints. All printers I've owned in the past once its done printing there is no noise. I don't know why. Printing quality is pretty bad colors are dull. I printed the same logo in 2 different printers, the Pixma TS8220 and a printer Ricoh but as I said, the PixmaTS8220 colors were very dull. I sent an email to Canon customer service they sent instruction on how clean, I followed the instructions printed again and again same dull colors

Its a little on the slow side and thus far the picture quality was blurry
