I had so much more hope for this printer. It’s just okay

Printer is decent. Dont expect it to work flawlessly for the price.

Hated this printer. Paper jams all the time. Used it for about a year and finally got tired of it angering me and bought another printer. Looks really cool but functionally didn’t cut it.

My daughter took this to college and to date has been unable to get it set up. It will not connect to the wireless there nor can she get it to go to her laptop. No one has been able to help her with it so it remains useless to her st this time

Hard to set up. Took up too much space on my desk and paper never fed correctly into the printer. I had a two year warranty on it and after trying time and again - I returned it

Worst printer ever...stopped working propped after about 3 months. Luckily I had another so now it sits there mocking me because I missed return window.

This printer is slow, the ink expensive and the print quality poor. Purchased hoping for high quality printing and was willing to not have fax option, but it’s no better than my old Brother printer.

Initially love the printer. Great for doing double sided documents. But then the paper kept getting stuck with printing and needed to clear out almost every time I use it.

I've used this printer about once a month since I bought it. I've had to replace all the ink cartridges at least once, some twice. Now, it's printing blank pages. Grrr.

I really like the Canon Pixma 922 and was hoping for a replacement. But this printer is very temperamental and requires too many steps for the various functions. I will probably be returning it for another easier-to-use multi-function printer. For instance, each time I want to use it, I have to turn it on and press buttons for various functions. Just give me an all-in-one printer that is easier and more simple to use!!

I was a bit disappointed in the photo quality of this printer. I was replacing an older one that I couldn't get ink for anymore. Pictures simply couldn't compare. Returned it.

This didn’t even last a year! I was really disappointed but with Covid my options were limited.

I have used Canon printers for many years with great success. But this printer is the most frustrating printer I have ever used. It jams almost every time I want to print and I need to open the rear to clear the paper. Waste of time and paper. Also takes a very long time to switch from printing regular paper in the front to using photo paper from the rear. Cheap construction compared to past Canon printers.I am ready to toss it and purchase another printer.

it looks nice but is not small enough to be compact and the connectivity issues are too much to bear for a 100+ printer, smaller better printers available.

Printer worked fine for 2 weeks. Now it will not work...says the printer is "offline"; however everything checks out fine. Next step...try with a USB connection.
