Pablo was Great

Although there was a disaster with the tech who preformed the service. (Everything was wiped clean.) Pablo did what you need a manager to do. Take responsibility, apologize and he took the heat/angerfrom us as we explained to him what was wiped out. The tech dept needs a rework on policy and procedures, but Pablo was excellent

Also the on off button is too small. The shutter looks fragile. Lastly the batter goes in wrong appearing to be ok so we thought the camera was broke. After all that the pictures are clear and good.
