Good value but not as good as my old PowerShot

Good All-Purpose Point & Shoot - Not Perfect

I wanted better quality photos and more features. I am not unhappy with this Elph but, on auto-focus shots, it seems to "cycle" back and forth from macro to other settings and that can make it harder to lock in on a closeup. Maybe I just have more to learn about the camera.

The Sony was much simpler and less confusing. Seemed to be more well put together than this Canon where buttons and controls are not easy to find and use. Written handbook horrible. Still trying to figure out. Have not developed any film yet.
