Just purchased this camera a few weeks ago and can't say enough about it. Definately the best G series camera Canon has ever released. Full featured and yet easy to use. Pictures are outstanding. Low light ability is the best I have ever seen. I would highly recommend!

This was a recommended “Best Buy” in Consumer Reports and a I totally agree. Does almost everything the big SLR’s do and then some, but no bigger than your hand. Extremely sharp pics.

VERY amateur user here, G7XII replaced a beloved, but stolen Canon S100, which was easy to love. Learning curve for G7XII much steeper for just occasional use; but it does make good photos. Not using vid funcion much yet, so no opinion. All in all, wish I still had the S100, but 100 series not made anymore. Cost more, too; but so does everything now. Juice doesn't seem worth the extra squeeze.

I am a pro level photographer and have bigger DSLR’s and I am so pleased with the quality of the camera photo and video quality. Amazing for vlogging and documenting our lives and clients moments. Don’t hesitate, get this camera

Great for blogging, photo quality is better than decent! The camera can connect with Bluetooth/WiFi for easy uploads to PC or you can transfer to your phone and post HIGH quality photos to your social media!!!!

Love this camera for my daughter. I gave it to her as a gift. She likes it so much. We went to botanic garder to try it on. Easy to carry and easy to use. Can fit inside her purse. Great resolution and result.

Just got this camera and I love it! It’s prefect for both pictures and video. The picture and sound quality is amazing. Personally feel it is just as good as the big DSRL cameras but, but compact enough to bring everywhere with you.

Very good quality and battery life. The view finder became loose. I had to use my geek squad to have the camera replaced. I think this was just a fluke. Doesn't get hot when using for long periods on continuous use like Sony A7 did.

Very pleased how the Canon GX7 works. It’s been used for action shots, videos and up close pictures both with and without flash. Still getting used to all the options but very happy!

This camera hands down is the best vlogging camera ever! The low light settings is amazing literally you don't need a bright light to get a good picture! It's small and compact and good for on the go if your thinking of vlogging this is the camera to go with

I love all the features that come with this camera, a bang for your buck. My favorite thing; the flip up camera screen so you can see if you're in focus while recording or taking a selfie. I also love that the screen is a touchscreen.

This isn't your typical point and shoot camera. It has great features that provide for mutliple shooting options of stills and videos. The low light feature make for wonderful night shots. Still learning how to optimize the full use of this great camera.
