It is a great camera if you are making a transition from point and shoot to DSLR. This is perhaps one of the best bridge camera you'll find in the market. Needless to mention, great zooming capability. Manual focusing isn't as easy as a DSLR. At this price I had an option of choosing between this and Nikon D3200/3300 and I think for intermediate level photographers (as myself), this is a better choice.

Nice not having to juggle lenses and the zoom and wide angle give me variety without a lot of effort.

Canon is well known for it's well engineered cameras and lenses. This camera is no exception. Ease of use, great features, and nice build quality. The result is a camera that is all you need to take any kind of picture with exceptional ease. It certainly beats lugging around a large camera bag with a bunch of expensive lenses and accessories. If you are looking for a camera that will do just about anything, can go anywhere, and not cost you a small fortune...look no further. This is the camera for you.

21mm wide and x65 Zoom is good for me. No GPS but capable of location transfer by mobile app is good enough.

So far a great camera. Documentation is poor. User info has to be downloaded. Over 200 pages to download.

This camera replaces my Canon AE-1. It has most of the options I had with the camera body, 3 lenses and filters all rolled into one compact package. I am still getting used to it, especially the telephoto feature, which takes longer than expected to focus.

Got this for my parents for their trip across the US. They loved the pictures, battery life, and the ease of use with this camera. Plan on using it next time they go on vacation, they definitely are very pleased with this camera!

This camera is very good for the person looking to get some features of a DSLR with long zoom for a fraction of the price. Quality of images is acceptable, and on par with a good quality point and shoot. Only drawback is shooting under low light conditions.

Bought this camera for a cruise to be able to zoom in while on the cruise ship as IPHONE ZOOM is not good and it worked fantastically. Easy to use and took great pics and so glad I didn't have to take any additional lenses this is all in one!
