Great lens! It's the jam on my R7 & R8. Takes crystal clear photos!

One of my first high end lenses I have purchased and it has not come off my camera since I got it! Very fast, sharp and incredibly quiet! Highly recommend this lens.

Bought this a day before my trip and glad that I picked it up! It’s a great walk around lens that is very sharp and beautiful colors. This is a must have for the bag.

Best overall lens for my R5c. I've also got the rf 15-35L and rf 70-200 2.8L but if I'm going to bring one lens for a non professional occasion like a family day out, I'm grabbing this hands down. I'm happy I went with this over the 28-70 but that's just personal preference for my needs.

This is the ONE. If I could only use one RF lens, this is it. The 24-70 focal length is perfect for events, and the addition of IS in the new RF version has majorly enhanced an already outstanding lens. I purchased this lens for video work because of the IS and haven't taken it off yet. If you're even thinking about this one, you should probably pick one up.

A little heavy but not to bad and the image quality is exceptional.

This is the best lens for any kind of occasion. It fulfills all my needs for the kind of pictures that I want to click. Best Buy service is also really good while selling the product. Loved it and would like to shop at Best Buy for many more products.

It’s a 2.8 lens so it’s awesome. $2,500 sure, but when you need it it’s nice to have.

Upgraded to this from a canon 35mm, it really makes a different. The sharpness and quality of the image is insanely amazing.

Perfect everyday lens. Easy to work with. Worth it! It's a bit pricey but I saved up my coins and purchased it. It's a bit heavier than I anticipated but no regrets.

Excellent optics, fast but heavy lens. Built very solid

Pros: Fantastic lens. You can do almost anything with the 24-70mm involving people and landscape. If you are only had to buy one zoom lens for people photography, this would be it. Cons: It’s a bit heavy and that is a downside. The locking mechanism only works when the lens is fully retracted.

This lens covers 95 percenr of what you want to shoot. I shoot portraits and events and this covers my entire workload. And with that 2.8 aperture it is perfect for low light.
