This lens is absolutely incredible. Super sharp images, great bokeh, and the perfect amount of zoom if you are going with only one lens in your set up. Highly recommend.

This is the ONE. If I could only use one RF lens, this is it. The 24-70 focal length is perfect for events, and the addition of IS in the new RF version has majorly enhanced an already outstanding lens. I purchased this lens for video work because of the IS and haven't taken it off yet. If you're even thinking about this one, you should probably pick one up.

Bought this to replace my EF version as I switched from my 1DX to a more compact and lightweight R6. One thing that they do not tell you is that some of the older EF lenses cannot be driven by the R5/R6 batteries at high framerates due to the voltage compared to the higher pro 1D batteries. That being said, the lens feels very solid, and I have no doubt that it will be as good, if not better, as the EF version that it replaces in my bag!

Best overall lens for my R5c. I've also got the rf 15-35L and rf 70-200 2.8L but if I'm going to bring one lens for a non professional occasion like a family day out, I'm grabbing this hands down. I'm happy I went with this over the 28-70 but that's just personal preference for my needs.

Upgraded to this from a canon 35mm, it really makes a different. The sharpness and quality of the image is insanely amazing.

This is the best lens for any kind of occasion. It fulfills all my needs for the kind of pictures that I want to click. Best Buy service is also really good while selling the product. Loved it and would like to shop at Best Buy for many more products.

Perfect everyday lens. Easy to work with. Worth it! It's a bit pricey but I saved up my coins and purchased it. It's a bit heavier than I anticipated but no regrets.

Pros: Fantastic lens. You can do almost anything with the 24-70mm involving people and landscape. If you are only had to buy one zoom lens for people photography, this would be it. Cons: It’s a bit heavy and that is a downside. The locking mechanism only works when the lens is fully retracted.

A little heavy but not to bad and the image quality is exceptional.
