    I always purchase Geek Squad replacement plans on product that I plan for long term use especially on items used on a reg basis. If they fail, they are replaced by Bestbuy. A repair of this lens from Canon is 125.00.min plus shipping and handling. Retired photo tech.

    Pros: 1. light 2. RF lens that doesn't require an adapter Cons: 1. slow to focus at times Overall this is a great RF lens compared to the price of the other lenses and will be used by me for years.

    Its exactly what you think, decent, fast, but little things like focus breathing and the front element moving in and out constantly while trying to use an ND just makes it... Not get used often... Its great to start but its hard to say its better than buying an adapter and using an ef version.
