    Quality Lens that packs a very good medium wide shot. Didn't hold up underwater when I flipped over in Beach on a Kayak. . . But hey, I'm getting things better protected on water proof protection cases now. The lens is still very sturdy.

    I always purchase Geek Squad replacement plans on product that I plan for long term use especially on items used on a reg basis. If they fail, they are replaced by Bestbuy. A repair of this lens from Canon is 125.00.min plus shipping and handling. Retired photo tech.

    This is an awesome lens! I purchased it with the r8 camera and I love the photos! They are awesome! Also recently purchased the 50 which I’ve yet to try but seems like that is a good one too
