Good quality

Normally I had a lens with an f4 ratio. But this did not produce professional images. Especially for wedding shootings, this f1.8 lens helped me a lot. So I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic Lens

Perfect for most everything I need!

Having optical image stabilization along with In body Stabilization on the R5, gives me a super stable shot or video all of the time. Having macro capability is simply a bonus. I use this lens for everything from street photography, landscape, video and everything else except portraits. For that I use the very comparable RF 85mm f/1.8 IS. They make a perfect pair of lenses.

First RF lens

I absolutely love it. This is a good lens for portraits as well. If you recently got this camera and want an RF lens but not ready to spend the 2k for the other lenses yet this is a good first lens.

Canon RF 35mm lens

Versatile
