The first time I've got it. I thought maybe the picture there got be no so good but it fool me wahoo it a really good quality picture I take with this lens. I'm amazed. This Canon RF 50mm 1.8 lens is a bargain.

Definitely a GREAT lens! The automatic focus on this lens is a cheat code. bash on me all you want, it has great focus and captures excellent photos. Takes in good light. make sure to be a distance away from your target as it is a wider lens than your typical zoom one that comes with your camera.

Excellent product & a value-for-money purchase. We were helped by a friendly & helpful Best Buy staff, who provided clear & adequate details on the product. Although they didn’t have the lense in stock at the store the day we purchased the lense as well as a Canon camera, it didn’t take that many days for the lense to be shipped to our house. The nifty 50 is the a CLASSIC canon lens. regardless if you're just picking up your first camera or if you're a 20 year professional, you need this lens. Auto focus is a little slower than your USM lenses having ISM technology however its worth it for that smooth 1.8 aperture.

This unsung hero of a lens can easily be the most important lens on your camera. The reason is because it is so portable, fast and sharp. I love having this 50mm on my Canon R6. I feel like I can go anywhere with it and not draw attention to myself. Exotic lenses are fun, but this is a workhorse lens for many situations like street photography, closeup photography, portraiture, and landscapes.
