Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker is a simple and fun puzzle game that originated from the side levels within Super Mario 3D World. Many wished to play more of these levels and Nintendo finally delivered with giving Toad his own full on adventure game. The game makes well use of the Gamepad mechanics such as the touch screen and mic. It's a simple game anyone can pick up and play without hassle. The only complaint I saw would be that the game felt a bid short, however there are various things to go back and collect if you had missed anything. If you're looking for something fun and friendly for the kids this is a game for them.

I like it so far, it was fun for family game night. It kind of reminds me of mario 3d land and super mario bros 2.

Remember the segments in Mario 3d world where you play as toad and walk through mazes? Consider that the demo for this game. It's a fun little maze puzzle that can easily be played for 10 min and set right back down. Lots of challenging puzzles and overall fun. This game is not for everyone though. I'm not a fan of the camera angles and it's not my style of game. My girlfriend on the other hand loves it. One of her favorite Wii u games. I prefer faster, action games though.

It's a simple game, but entertaining. The quality of the graphics are among the clearest that I've seen on the WiiU, but it's very cutesy (not in a bad way though).

If you enjoyed the similar levels in 3d world you will 100% love this game. It's challenging and entertaining.

Captain Toad's Treasure Tracker is fun platforming game based on the bonus levels in Super Mario World Wii U.

This is a great puzzle game, and any fan of the Mario games should enjoy Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker. This game, like most Nintendo games, is great for nearly any age gamer. The levels are typically small, but with lots of hidden nooks and crannies. The only negative I have to say about this game is the inability to switch off the use of the accelerometer camera controls. The camera movement follows your game pad movement and it can be more than a little annoying. You can (and will) also use the right stick for the camera, so the accelerometer controls are just a pain, in my opinion.

Bought this especially for my son as a treat after having oral surgery and he can't put it down!

Fun, challenging puzzle game with charm. I would love to see more levels or similar games created for 3ds.

First game we've purchased in awhile where the whole family takes turns solving the puzzles. Lots of fun.

This is game is perfect for my 5 year old girl and the graphics are excellent. A must have game.

It's an alright game. A bit on the short side but quite cute that should you have a Mario 3D World save on your system you can play through a few of those levels as Captain Toad.

Captain Toad has been one of my favorite characters since he first appeared in Super Mario Galaxy. The game's colors are so vibrant, the animations are amusing, the characters are loveable, and the puzzles are fun. I really like being able to utilize the Wii U gamepad for the touchscreen and using it to view through for the 1st person moments. I hope Nintendo keeping making more fun games with Captain Toad.
