This game is ok, it's a fun 3d puzzle type of game

The game itself is fun but I really didn't like that you can only use the gamepad to control the game.

Kid wanted this game. Had fun with it but didn't seem to have a lot of replay value for him.

The gameplay is boring. Its very repetitive. There is not much of a challenge

needs some evil things, feels like tetris at times.

It's aaight I guess. Not much else left to say, I suppose.

great 3d control play view and sound but lack in jumping

this game is SO CUTE. i heard about it a while back but wasn't sure if i would be able to handle it as i cannot handle a lot of 3D games. however when i played the 'super mario 3d world' for wii u, the 3D in that game was bearable and didnt give me a headache - and the captain toad levels in there were cute and fun - so i decided to invest in this. and i'm so glad i did! there was a good variety of levels. you get to play as both toad and toadette too! most of the levels are not too difficult but there are some pretty difficult ones (i am currently stuck on the very last one of the bonus which is long and a bit crazy). note that you can only use the wii u gamepad to play as there is quite a lot of touch screen use, and diff ways of manipulating the camera using the different buttons on the gamepad. i would def recommend, i think both kids and adults (if you're a fan of the mario games in general) could enjoy this one. if you're a fan of cute - as i am - it is super super cute and that's an added bonus :)

Much like most of their games they make now this is just for casuals or kids. No real challenge, no inspiration, nothing unique or new, just yet another nintendo game that while is solid, its just made to sell based on the brand more than anything.

This is a very entertaining platformer with a puzzle solving twist. Takes place in the Super Mario 3D World, levels are very similar. Is actually a spin off. Would be enjoyable for all ages.

i really enjoyed the Toad puzzle games in the previous Mario game that i had played. this is a great stand alone title that is full of those puzzle games. there is enough to keep you busy and i'm glad that they lowered the price from a normal game release because i think it does offer a little less content than a full Mario game for example.

While I will agree that seeing a new Mario related game appears to be beating a dead horse I will say all of the games are usually high quality. This game does not disappoint. It is something that I can play with my younger nieces and nephews but still be challenged enough that I can become wrapped up in the game. This game is great. If you like puzzle games this is for you.

My 4 year-old son asked for this for Christmas. He loves it, and it's challenging enough for my husband to play and be entertained by it as well. Glad we got it! Very fun and definitely a nice change from the typical Mario games (although we love those too).

I love the Super Mario characters! It's great to see that Toad has a game of his own. I enjoyed playing this as the mini games from Super Mario 3D World. So, I was excited to see that they made it into a whole new game (:

Anyone who played Super Mario 3D World and enjoyed the Toad levels will absolutely love this game. It is so much fun and trying to earn every star and secret in the game makes for hours of fun.

The family enjoys this game, but it is a bit difficult for younger players. Having the ability to rotate the camera in three axis is a bit tough. Otherwise, the game is very entertaining.
