Sp to start this dash cam only lasted alittle over 3 weeks, the shorted amount of time any electronic ive owned has crapped out. I say in the title design flaw because the way the power cord connect to the camera, it bends and has the cord weight on it thus shorting the cord out in about 16days so couldnt return, then after 21 days the whole camera crapped out. I sent it to the manufacturer, they have you pay out of pocket, and now 3 months or more later im still waiting for my replacement, it was approved to be replaced with in a month, just they haven't shipped me a new one and they dont know why.

the video clarity is not very good and then the navigation of the settings is not friendly

First one I have ever purchased! I am a truck driver and want to protect myself from the horrible drivers I have to share the road with and have noticed that it does not hold time very well! I have to constantly adjust the time and date because it will change to a completely different time and day all by itself, I am unsure of how this is happening, but this is the only downside to it that i have found although it is really annoying!

The device would not hold a charge, even when plugged. in. When it worked, it worked well. However, most of the time it kept turning on and off, which was VERY annoying to listen to. Because of this problem, the unit was virtually useless. I ended up returning it and purchasing something else.

Garbage. Difficult to use. Mounting sucks. Play back not very good. Too many wires.

Dash camVery hard to use will not link with my cell phone have not been able to figure it out yet not sure I would have recommended this one no support

The charging port is horrible. it got damaged only 2 months into usage. I wouldnt place a bet on this

Has a great picture day and night but they advertise that it has an app which it doesn’t also the cameras built in battery is garbage I could drive for over an hour and then once it gets disconnected from the power source it will show the battery is dead or show a question mark over the battery and it will turn on and then turn right back off.. not at all happy with this product

Poor battery. Synchronization issue. Could not synchronize. Features like motion detection & parking mode have very poor response. Just a basic camera. Good video recording & picture.

First: Camera is very nice. The video and picture is very nice in quality. Second: Camera is not user friendly. For something small, I would of expected it to be very easy to navigate the settings. Third: I turned the camera off and the camera will come on by itself. I went into the settings and turned the Motion sensor feature off and the camera still comes on by it self and even when I push the power button to turn it off, it comes on again...very frustrating! Fourth: Wifi is good, only if your able to connect to it.
