Not the right product for me
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was much smaller than I thought and since it has no whistle- I walked away and forgot about it- when I came back it was burned- I cleaned it up as best I could- but a month later I dropped the lid and it shattered.

Stove top kettle

I probably will one of these days soon. But, this is a basic kettle and it serves the purpose. I am disappointed that it doesn't whistle or something to signal the water is boiling. Guess I'm spoiled.

I also bought one before this one - it lasted one year before two screws came out, and somehow were lost, so I bought another. Will be careful to check this one occasionally if loose and tighten.

Glass cover not durable
