This is generic for both 5" and 6" model, so if you have 5" it takes more space that needed. Old was hard leather that holds unit tight with nice protection. New one is so soft that it protects only against dust and insects.

Otherwise the GPS is too thick to fit in to the case....This was disappointing. That piece is on the back is difficult to take on and off.
