Not good, not kids friendly

We went to a arcade and my son said he wanted a new car game after we played cruising USA. So we went to Best buy and as a huge Cqrs fan this is the game he selected. You only have to read my summary to know he hated it. Thanks he controls are not friendly and despite being a switch game their are no motion controls so our switch steering wheel are just useless. He could not stay on the track and the graphics are much worse than any game I've ever seen on the switch. Disney if you are reading this can I get a refund?
