Only worth it if you get it on sale

This game is one of those kid games that you may buy for a young one that costs $20 or so. The graphics are sub-par, the controls are poor, and the content is actually even more lacking than the original Cars game, or even the Cars 2 game. At least the original Cars game had a few single player elements to it, finding postcards and collecting things, that gave it a little more depth of gameplay. This lacks anything similar. Even the playground area is just limited enjoyment. Even for my kid who loves the Cars franchise and enjoyed both of the previous games, this one is more monotony than anything else. Don't buy unless it's heavily discounted. Hardly worth the same price as something like Destiny or Halo or Forza... I was lucky to get it discounted and with a reward certificate so out of pocket was little. And seeing it now, I may not have even wasted the certificate on it had I known...
