There is nothing can offer for a real Constellation of the universe. The apps is just a form of control/remote technologies that has nothing to do with thing you wish to look in the sky! Simply as false lenses and false imagination of the sky.

My nephews first Telescope and he is in line with it. Easy to set up and very clear. Highly recommend this product.

Was to hard to set up and Aline , is more suited for someone with experience.

I thought this was computer controlled but it isn't. I returned it.

No owners manual, no code card, Celestron taking its time to help. No help yet. Can’t use phone feature. As this was “Santa claus” for my son, he is not happy.

I bought this on accident it was on the wrong shelf, I thought it was only 99$ (i was purchasing many items xmas shopping) so i didnt realize till the next day it was the 399$ one in the wrong spot lol. it looks awesome but havnt tried it, going to return to expinsive for my liking

Does its job as long as there is zero lights outside and as long as you dont mind seeing everything upside down..

The setup for fairly easy and a great Christmas present for my son that likes astronomy.

Telescope mirrors came misaligned and loose. It took us a little while to even figure out why we couldn't see the sky in it. No idea how good of a product this is, but honestly for something this expensive you would think they would value quality control. We will try to reach out to the company for advise, but those mirrors should be good for life and come aligned.

I was so excited to see Jupiter and Saturn a little better than I can in the backyard. Basically, I saw the same thing in the telescope that I see with my naked eye. Obviously, I understand I am not going to see the Jupiter in textbooks, but...........I am returning this. Disappointed. Jenny

the telescope was a big hit for Christmas. It was easy to put together

Terrible, came to me broken, taped up in the original box with some kind of clear tape with writing on it missing the original shipping box from Celestron. I know it was a return because I purchased it from a different and the way it's shipped from the manufacturer was definitely not, by any means how I received it from best buy.

The product was fine. The service was terrible, but some lucky person got a free one in another state

I mean it's a telescope that is too heavy to stay dialed into a specific location. Pretty annoyed but my daughter likes it, will have to jerryrig it somehow.

Setup easy enough, but the app never once calibrated correctly. App would constantly shake and never lock onto any object. Telescope was pointing at the moon and it told me to start moving around to find it.

Came with zero paperwork in the box. No setup instructions. No cards with unlock codes. Nothing. Pretty worthless piece of equipment. Seems I'm not the only one with the issue either.

It works as well as or less than my cell phone zoom. I missed the return timeframe by 5 hours and they wouldn’t even let me exchange for store credit!!!

is not a good telescope, my son was very excited when I ordered for him, but ended up not finding the telescope position, and not be able to see anything. Very disappointed

Box looked like it was opened up; completely tore and looked bad. Not sure if I received a good product or not due to this. Would love to have a brand new one in excellent condition so experience the telescopes potentials. Pretty disappointed...

This telescope was not very user friendly but not bad for the price.
