It was a very good buy my son love is iPad play with it every day.

This iPad is amazing ! It’s used but you would think it’s brand new. It has no glitches , malfunctions , or scratches & I love how the customer is able to return the product if they’re not satisfied. In my case I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be purchasing from Best Buy again to get a newer model when this one has ran its course.

The back is very scratched also looks like is has discoloration on the back screen looks like it gas a bubble in the middle of it will be returned

I needed an Apple device so I could control my children's iPhones under the Family Sharing setting. However, I was not willing to purchase a new iPhone/iPad just for that. So I figured I would purchase a used/refurbished iPad to save some money and I am very satisfied I did. The iPad looked brand new and works perfectly. There were no scratches and the software does not glitch. Although it did not come in the original iPad box/packaging, it did come with a non-Apple charger and charging block. Since I needed this device for a specific purpose, I wanted the 64GB but they were all sold out. Also, I got the 4th generation because it is such a huge upgrade from the 3rd generation. I hope this review helps someone that is skeptical of purchasing a certified refurbished iPad.

The iPad Mini is met my expectations when it arrived. I wanted an easy-to-carry functional tablet with a decent color display mostly for reading books from my digital library and news sources with color illustrations. I have two ereaders, a Amazon Oasis and a Kobo H20, neither of which produce color, and both of which have eink type displays with long battery lives. The iPad Mini provides more functionality and has a more pleasing color display adding to my reading enjoyment at or away from home. It maintains a good battery charge throughout a typical day and charges fast enough for me which I do every night. This was a good purchase and not a waste of money as some others have been. So why four stars? I'm not into the Apple ecosystem owning mostly android phones and tablets, some a couple of Kindle Fire HDs, 8 and 10, two Microsoft PC laptos and one desktop. The iPad Mini serves a relatively narrow purpose as stated above, while my other computing devices satisfy other requirements. I'm sure a brand new lastest version iPad Mini would be even more impressive, but that was not in my current budget. This refurbished model arrived in excellent condition and I have found no performance issues to report.

I needed this Apple Ipad Mini so I could use it as the display for flying my DJI Mavic Pro, Mavic Mini, and Spark. Compact size and 128 GB of memory was exactly what I needed

Got this as a gift for one of my big brothers. It was in great condition and he says he has had no problems with it. He likes to use it to watch YouTube, Amazon Prime, & listen to music

Extremely slow. Idk if this is a refurbished iPad issue or the age of it, but it is extremely slow especially when it comes to games. We got this for our son and he loved watching videos and playing games, but this thing can’t keep up.

Bought for my 4 year old…has one blemish on the screen that he doesn’t notice but I can. It’s been good so far and cheaper than a brand new iPad that he will break eventually

Used device, condition was as expected. Good purchase and value as I needed this model as an option for my drone. Slight scratch in glass but expected.

Don't buy, can't download Netflix, Disney plus. It would not let you update passed a certain update therefore you can't download Netflix

It’s a non-working, non-fixable expensive piece of junk. I want my money back. I bought a Certified Refurbished Apple iPad Mini (4th Generation) (2015) - 128GB - Silver from you online. We could not get it to work. A Geek Squad guy couldn’t get it to work either. The Geek Squad guy did the best he could. IPad could not be loaded with new software to make it work. I want my money back for the iPad, the Geek Squad service - the whole amount - I cannot afford to lose over $170. The store was no help, since I ordered it online. So apparently what it comes down to is - I bought a piece of junk for about $130, plus tax, etc. not including the Geek Squad that I'm stuck paying for a year of a service I can't use. This is extremely unfair and upsetting - a very expensive lesson in never buying anything from Best Buy again - especially online.

Everything was good . Except it was slow which I should have thought about before buying an old gen .
