    Too much trouble

    It works well, but the battery needs charging way too often even though we rarely use it. To charge the battery you have to remove a screw and remove the keypad from its mount. The screw obviously doesn’t prevent it from being stolen so I’m not sure why it’s there. Especially considering how often it has to be charged it would be much better if it snapped into place or the charging port was accessible while it was still mounted.

    This product need a lot of work, it keeps dropping the connection and once installed on your phone, no way to remove it

    Tried 2 different units and even brought one of the google nest routers into the garage for better connectivity… it would work a couple times and then stop. I’ve returned both units now… will just use the mobile app

    Nice product, nice addition to my garage door, I think the cloud service is a little pricey for just the 1 camera.

    There is only cloud access and no local access to save videos. Need a subscription. There are two one every month and one, once a year

    Excellent concept. Lacks a little in follow thru. Loses ability to operate garage if not within a certain distance to the overhead garage door opener.

    A majority of the features listed on the box are not available unless you pay their subscription which is around $7 a month. I should have the option to store the videos on my phone locally rather than on their cloud service or on my own cloud for a matter of fact. Blocking a majority of the features unless you pay their subscription fee for a product that cost $100 is predatory and downright a scam.

    Very easy to install, we replaced our standard keypad so we can allow deliveries to be left in a separate garage.

    Very easy setup and clear picture. Battery life is going on 2wks without charging, temperatures dropped to 32F

    Added camera and easy to use keypad to our myQ garage door. We needed two as you need 1 for each door.

    Do not buy. It has to returned within a couple of weeks. By the time we tried install, only to find it's not compatible with our garage opener, it couldn't be returned

    Bad software no fix

    Purchased this about 3 weeks ago and tech support has yet to fix the bug that has not been allowing me to install it. I had about 4 phone calls with 4 different people who couldn’t help me. Apparently a software issue that they can’t/ don’t know how to fix. I’m glad I paid for a broken product out of the box
