Too much trouble

To charge the battery you have to remove a screw and remove the keypad from its mount. The screw obviously doesn’t prevent it from being stolen so I’m not sure why it’s there. Especially considering how often it has to be charged it would be much better if it snapped into place or the charging port was accessible while it was still mounted.

Bad software no fix

I had about 4 phone calls with 4 different people who couldn’t help me. Apparently a software issue that they can’t/ don’t know how to fix. I’m glad I paid for a broken product out of the box

I should have the option to store the videos on my phone locally rather than on their cloud service or on my own cloud for a matter of fact. Blocking a majority of the features unless you pay their subscription fee for a product that cost $100 is predatory and downright a scam.

Terrible Product

It's no surprise it's on sale at 50% off. First, it took numerous times to connect initially and setup. Second, once I thought I was good to go after setup, I subscribed for additional features and then mounted the unit (within 10ft of an access point). The unit then finally connected again after 20 minutes and showed a weak signal. I returned unit and am attempting to cancel the subscription (even though it's within the 7-day free trial, they say no refund, so I will likely have to dispute with CC company). Stay away!
