Wouldn't charge device

Got new device face and unsuccessfully tried the charger again. Went to FitBit customer service; tried trouble shooting devices. In the end they're sending new charger.

It sits in the same spot on my dresser so I know it wasn't due to anything on my end. Im disappointed!

Fitbit Versa2 does not work for Fitbit Charge 2

I placed the Fitbit onto the charger, but it seemed a little loose and therefore, no charge. This also happened when I bought a charger in the Plymouth Best Buy. The clerk that waited on me in Dedham was nice and had nothing to do with the defective charger.

Junk charger for FitBit

This new charger only works if one holds it in the charger, pushing in one direction. Either pins are misaligned or clasps don‘t hold right. JUNK, I say. Just JUNK.

Did Not Work

From reading post on fitbit this seems to be a common problem with fitbit brand charger. Purchased a non fitbit brand charger from Amazon anti it worked perfectly.

Useless. does not work. I don't have time to return so I lost $15 waste of money.
